PREFILTRATION IN WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS
 PROFINE® RED is a disposable, quick-connect cartridge filtered using extruded polypropylene "MELT BLOWN" with a filtration rate of 5 μm. This cartridge is suitable for removing sediment for the clarification of water, including drinking water, by removing turbidity and suspended particulate matter. When used in equipment for the treatment of water intended for human consumption, these must comply with the standards required by law for this category of treatment system.

 We recommend replacing the filters at the end of their rated lifespan, or if the outflow is too slow. Filters must be replaced within 365 days of installation. Before removing the filters, close the upstream water inlet and relieve the circuit pressure by opening the tap. To properly activate the filters, open the inlet valve and let water flow for at least five minutes before using it for drinking.
