Shipping your package
Unless otherwise agreed, shipments will be made using carriers designated by Acquatic Life Srl or its representative. High-value shipments can be insured upon customer request.
In the event of theft/loss, Acquatic Life Srl undertakes to send a new product or a full refund of the order only if, after careful checks, the courier has proof of delivery of the package. If the package is unavailable and/or out of stock, we will evaluate the replacement with another product with equivalent characteristics, with the customer having the right to refuse the new product and request the issuance of a credit note for the product itself.
In the event that the carrier is appointed in any capacity by the customer, Acquatic Life Srl will not be responsible for the loss and/or damage of the product from the moment the goods are delivered to the carrier at its warehouses.
Delivery times for generic products are indicative and are approximately 3-5 working days from the order date. Delivery times may be subject to change due to force majeure, traffic conditions, or government orders.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, delivery will take place during office hours: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., every day except holidays, Monday through Friday.
Furthermore, "express" deliveries between December 15 and January 8 are not guaranteed, and Acquatic Life Srl assumes no responsibility for delivery delays due to the courier's overload.
