Activated carbon cartridge for pre- and post-filtration of reverse osmosis systems and dechlorination equipment. Its unique internal structure ensures maximum absorption and extended contact time. It is particularly effective at removing chlorine and its derivatives, flavors and odors, volatile compounds, pesticides, and insecticides from water.

 NB: Do not use in microbiologically contaminated water without first disinfecting it. After initial installation, rinse for 5 minutes. If the water is used for drinking or cooking, drain it for about 20 seconds.

 Replacement: Every 3 - 6 months or 3500 gallons of treated water.
